At Grandville Lodge we understand that finding the right residential home for yourself or your loved one is often difficult and stressful. Of course, comfortable rooms, great meals and stimulating surroundings are important but what really matters is the care and how that is delivered within the home. The ethos to the care giving and how residents are treated is paramount.

Meet the Team

Led by our Registered Managing Director Hayley who has more than 20-year experience in care and level 5 qualifications in Social Care and Leadership mean that she has been able to create a positive working environment fit for all her staff and residents alike. This combined with a very low turnover of staff (some of which have been with us for over 20 years!) has meant that our care is consistent, and our staff really get to know our residents and their individual needs. Having familiar faces and a team working well together helps promote trust, respect and understanding with our residents. Everyone in the Grandville Lodge family has a genuine understanding of providing care with warmth and kindness towards our residents.

At Grandville Lodge we believe that the care we give entitles our residents to have certain rights to feel part of our family and enjoy their stay with us. This begins with being treated with dignity and respect which allows everyone to feel valued and continue to live with as much independence as possible whilst ensuring their safety and individual needs are met so that everyday life here is not overshadowed by the need for care. Families can be rest assured that they will be informed in the arrangements of care for their loved one and will be made aware of any changes in the care provision, daily living arrangements or accommodation.
