Once you have contacted us, one of the management team will come and meet you and your loved one to discuss and assess their needs. This meeting will also give us a background to their life and history before a date is arranged to come in.

Once settled in your loved one will be registered with our GP, allocated a key worker and regularly seen by the district nursing team. We can also provide extra carers if the need has been assessed. All our residents have access to a Chiropodist every 4-6 weeks and a weekly hairdresser, dentist and optician if required.

We like you and your family to bring whatever feels right to make their room feel as comfortable as possible. Be that furniture, pictures, or ornaments and mementos this will be their home too. However, we do advise that any precious or sentimental items are kept with the family.

Yes, we cater for all types of dietary requirements including any religious needs or allergies.

Yes, all our staff are level 3 qualified and are involved in a regular training programme to expand their knowledge and improve their skills including moving residents, hygiene, medication, and Fire to name a few.

Yes, there is full access into and around the home and garden. Nowhere is restricted.
